Currently at the helm is Josh Raine, former Executive Chef at the renowned Tetsuya’s, where he led the kitchen from 2018–2024. With a distinguished background that includes iconic venues such as Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons in Oxford, UK; Pied à Terre in London; and St Betty’s in Hong Kong, Raine brings an inclusive and innovative culinary style inspired by the diverse places he has called home.
