The Gymea Village Festival is one of The Shire’s biggest annual events, attracting more than 50,000 patrons year year. This year Cambridge Markets will run the festival, which will have up to 200 stalls from food to fashion, wine to flowers, with the stalls running the length of Gymea Bay Road from The Kingsway to President Avenue. On offer will be the traditional, the homemade, the unusual, the beautiful, arts and crafts, handbags, clothing, cakes, preserves and plenty more. As well there will be a stage with entertainment, including jazz musicians and youth bands, and a world food section with plenty of global eats. Come along for a great family day out.
