The Garden Studio

The Garden Studio, a modern one-bedroom retreat is nestled in the Royal National Park, south Sydney, surrounded by pristine bushland and unspoilt beaches.

The studio is a spacious open plan full kitchen and lounge, connected by sliding doors to the outside covered deck that looks out to a private garden. Upstairs the loft bedroom with en-suite leads onto an upstairs deck.

This location is close to activities like bush walks, mountain biking trails, whale watching, observing native birds and wildlife. Swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and all water sports are a five-minute walk at Fisherman’s Bay jetty.

Beaches at Maianbar spit (10 min walk), Bonnievale, Jibbon, and Wattamolla offer opportunities for swimming, Garie (15 min drive) is the surf break.

Nearby attractions in Royal National Park include the cliff top walks, Eagle Rock, Wedding Cake Rock, Figure 8 rock pools, Audley Picnic Grounds, and Aboriginal Rock Engravings.

Outside the Park there is Symbion Wildlife Park, Ferry to Cronulla, Hang Gliding at Stanwell Tops, and Cruises on the river.

The local Maianbar café/shop has supplies and takeaways. A supermarket, bottle store, local clubs, cafés and takeaways are in Bundeena (10 min drive, 40 min walk).
