The menu items are spit-roasted over natural charcoal and iron bark wood. This creates an intense heat that enhances their aroma and flavour.
Waiters circulate the restaurant with skewers, serving freshly sliced meats directly onto guests' plates. Each skewer offers a different taste experience. Favourites can always be requested again. Guests are encouraged to take their time and savour every bite.
