Botanica Gin and Spirits Journey

A new botanically-inspired immersive gin and spirits experience is coming to North Sydney this September.

Taste, smell, sample and savour all things native botanicals from a range of the very best Australian craft distillers, artisans and makers.

Join one of the immersive two-hour sessions at North Sydney’s iconic Coal Loader Centre For Sustainability. Discover the 150-metre of historically preserved tunnels and chambers as the space is transformed into a botanical feast for the senses!

Begin by exploring award-winning gins, vodkas, rums, whiskeys, liqueurs and more from over 20 of Australia’s finest craft distillers, with exceptional brands offering tastings, education, and the opportunity to purchase bottles or your favourite tipple.

Amongst the distillers, check out the artisan producers and unique botanically inspired installations.

Gin enthusiasts and spirits aficionados will be treated to a delightful tasting journey, uncovering the intricate flavours and aromas produced by Australia's native flora.

Whether for the love of spirits, spending time with friends or a fun date activity, Botanica is the perfect way to celebrate the flavours of Australia.

Each ticket includes a two-hour journey through the Coal Loader’s Tunnel One and chambers, all gin and spirits samples, engaging installations and artisan vendors and producers. Plus, you’ll receive a Botanica tote and tasting glass to take home.
