A “Trip through Italy” is the guiding concept in all of the menu development. The passion the team feel for a particular ingredient, home region, or traditional dish is the inspiration for what is then interpreted into the place in the world, by using the best ingredients, working closely with suppliers, listening to guests; into our modern day, by using the very latest cooking techniques, but staying grounded in the skills and recognised abilities of the past; into the space, by working with local craftsmen on memorable tableware, a comfortable yet beautiful dining room with those views, some of the best absolute waterside tables in the country; and of course the people, the team which come from all over the globe and have skills, experiences, and memories that they love to share.
Ormeggio's menu is a seafood-focused a la carte menu, complemented with two regularly changing sharing menus, and is very group friendly. Be ready for some very unique and delicious specialties such as an incredible (as usual) Pavoni's risotto ‘cotoletta’ Ormeggio-style, crudo crostini... and don’t forget the ‘coppa gelato’, Italy’s answer to the ice cream sundae, but executed centre-stage at the bar with some of the most delicious homemade gelato you’ll ever taste!
