Navua Reserve is one of the Hawkesbury's most popular reserves, offering a wide range of activities for nature lovers and families alike. It is a great place to enjoy a picnic, the reserves offer barbecue facilities and picnic tables or bring your own picnic blanket and enjoy. The area has child-friendly bushwalking, or why not bring your canoe/kayak or even try your hand at fishing? Horses are allowed at this reserve, and you may see them having a dip with their owners.
The reserve also has an off-leash dog park, making the location suitable for bringing your furry friends and allowing them to burn off some energy and socialize. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the abundant birdlife so don't forget your camera for some bird watching and local wildlife. Why not pick up a photo guide brochure of Birds in the Area from the Hawkesbury Visitor Information Centre or phone for a copy to be posted to you and then tick off the birds as you find them whilst exploring? The reserve also has toilets for your convenience.
