The Paddock, nestled in the natural beauty of Centennial Park, aims to cater to all — whether you’re strolling through the park needing a coffee, enjoying a casual lunch with family and friends or planning a special celebration and event. The Trippas White Group venue (they run the cafes and restaurants attached to icons like the Sydney Opera House and Taronga Zoo) is split into two distinct spaces, a casual downstairs restaurant and a a rooftop bar, The Treehouse. The downstairs menu will hero local produce and native ingredients. The Treehouse’s drinks list will be headlined by cocktails using Archie Rose spirits.
With an open-plan dining space, the new building, renovated in 2024, is capable of hosting 320 guests with a rooftop that accommodates 120.
