Food: Chef/owner Jose’s menu is a collaboration of traditional Portuguese cuisine, modern French cooking techniques with an emphasis on local produce.
Wine: bibo has an award-winning wine list curated by head sommelier Louella Mathews. Her wine choices are based on community.
