The year 2025 marks 80 years since the end of World War II, a pivotal moment in global history. To commemorate this significant anniversary, the museum presents Secret Strike – War on the Shores, focusing on the dramatic events of the Japanese midget submarine attack on Sydney Harbour.
This exhibition offers a unique view of this wartime event, featuring the stern section of the midget submarine M22 and voice pipes from the ill-fated HMAS Kuttabul.
