NSW Parliament recognises the importance of sourcing ethical and sustainably produced foods. Every effort is made to source local New South Wales produce from suppliers who conduct sustainable farming practices.
Origins of produce include pork from Byron Bay, lamb from Armidale, venison from Mandagery Creek, poultry from Minchinbury, dairy from the Riverina region, and fresh fruit and vegetables from Windsor, Freemans Reach, Horsley Park, Gunnedah, and Kemps Creek.
