Savour the extraordinary with Sydney’s ultimate fine dining experience, Signature Dining at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium. Set to an exquisite marine backdrop, feel like a VIP and enjoy their new restaurant-style fine dining experience, in a venue like no other.

SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium have partnered with Bespoke Catering, led by the talented Fabio Funai and his experienced team. Fabio has a passion for hospitality and a rich history of working with some of London, Barcelon and Sydney’s high-end hotels. Established in 2014, Bespoke Catering’s vision is one of heart and soul, bringing people together to have a meaningful impact by delighting with exceptional service and extraordinary food.

Spread across two zones of the aquarium, guests will enjoy a three-course set menu, including entrée, main and shared dessert, plus a two-hour drinks package. Dine in the heart of Jurassic Seas or Shipwreck zone. Each zone will mesmerise you as hundreds of creatures cruise before your eyes. Additionally, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium will delight guests with a self-guided walkthrough.

Signature Dining occurs on the second Friday of every month.
