Four Pillars Laboratory is the Sydney outpost and gin drinks experimentation hub of Melbourne gin brand, Four Pillars Gin.

Located in Surry Hills, just a few minutes’ walk from Sydney CBD, the venue encompasses all your gin-loving needs in the one space. You can enjoy this Aussie distiller’s world-class cocktails in Eileen's Gin Bar, paired with Made From Gin dishes, or experience a Gin Workshop in their Gin Lab, complete with a working copper gin still (named Eileen).
