There’s a special breakfast ramen with bacon, egg and tomato, or fluffy Hokkaido milk buns stuffed with mushroom, egg and kimchi coleslaw. Choose between ramen and burgers for lunch, and at dinner time there’s a Japanese-inspired sharing menu with dishes like prawn cocktail tacos, Rising Sun Caesar salad and chargrilled squid with black barley.
