During the Covid lockdowns, Leah Doeland was unable to source her regular art supplies so she used household waste to make this collection of jackets. Each jacket was created using the same pattern with different ‘textile’ materials and handcrafted with a variety of techniques including patchwork, embroidery, sashiko, crochet, hand sewing and machine sewing.

This is a special collaboration between ADC and Regional Arts NSW to bring the work of regional designer makers to a Sydney audience.
